About me

I’m experienced, well informed and well connected. I’ve been running seriously for 8 years, have run 6 marathons (and counting), dozens of halves, 10k’s and 5’s, and have a background in team sports to a good level.

I’ve been type 1 diabetic since I was 6 years old (35 years ago…), and always been active. I have 2 young kids and founded and run an arts organisation.

I’ve been coached by some of the best around, used all of the apps, downloaded and used all of the generic plans, and coached in a number of other sports.
