The level of engagement you want and need can be built around you, and we’ll discuss that when you get in touch, but I offer 3 main levels of service, ranging from a monthly reset of the plan and a review of progress, through to daily feedback on runs and adaptation of the programme.

Base
Monthly plan structure and review. Way beyond the good ol’ generic pdf download. Whether you’re just starting your running journey, or working towards improving your 5k or 10k time, this programme will help you feel confident and capable of making running a part of your life.
Tempo
Customised training and progression, continual feedback, adapting to your life and goals.
Using FinalSurge, your plan will be refined and adapted regularly, on top of regular check ins.
This level is perfect for your first half marathon, or chipping away at that PB.
Long
Everything included in the Tempo programme, but geared towards the marathon, be it your first, or your 10th.
Bespoke service to create a plan that supports you to achieve what you never thought possible.

The only thing you need is a way to record your runs, be that via a phone or smartwatch. I will work with you to make sure sessions and your training are easy to understand, receive and feed back on.

There’s a lot to say here, but having used many of the AI systems, they’re great for starting out, but never specific to you, never take into account the ‘whole’ person, and never properly supportive. I’ll write/publish more about this soon, as lots to say here!
